Here are the ingredients you will need to follow along for this recipe:
• Cabbage Blend from Trader Joe’s (or chopped cabbage mix)
• Wild Smoked Salmon or Beans of choice
• Green Plantains
• Onion, Shallot & Garlic
• Avocado
• Microgreens
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Coconut Oil
• To top (optional): Sesame Seeds, Black Pepper & Finishing Salt
This bowl utilizes fresh whole food ingredients that in so many ways help support the gut, lower inflammation, and is also delicious af 🤤 Takes about 20-30 minutes to make (a little longer if you are doing a LIVE and giving step by step instructions 😉
