Strawberry Kefir Superfood Milkshake🍓
Looking for a new breakfast smoothie or on the go treat?
This one is pretty tasty and filled with good for you ingredients that promote all-day energy without the crash and a healthy/ happy gut microbiome.
Here’s what you’ll need:
• 4–5 Juicy Strawberries
• 1/2 Tsp Chlorella
• 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
• 1-2 Tsp Maca Powder
• 1/4 tsp Vitamin C powder (optional)
• 1/2 Cup Aloe Vera Juice
•1 Cup Kefir (I’m using lactose-free Kefir but you can sub for an almond or coconut kefir/ yogurt to give it that “milkshake” consistency
•1/2-1 cup hemp milk depending on how thick you want it
• Optional to add sweetener of choice like a couple of dates, stevia, or honey
Blend on med-high, top with an extra strawberry cause it’s cute and Wallah! A superfood “milkshake” for sustained energy, glowing skin & gut health
